| Abstract: | After the successful development of the call center telephone reservation management system in our hospital in 2006, several upgrades has been made, and now the appointment model is extended to all departments of the hospital and now website appointment, telephone appointment, appointment in banks, muhiple visits appointment, follow-up after discharge appointment, appointment through province platform are available. |
