白细胞数,血糖值与脑梗塞近期预后的关系

123例经CT证实的急性脑梗塞患者。据入院时按白细胞计数的不同、空腹血糖值，以及糖尿病病史等进行分组，并对其入院和出院时神经功能缺损程度进行评分，判断其疗效和预后。结果为：高血糖组和糖尿病组治疗有效率明显低于正常血糖组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；高白细胞组的治疗有效率明显低于非高白细胞组（P＜0.05）。同时发现高白细胞组的病死率也明显高于非高白细胞组（P＜0.05）。提示：早期的白细胞数、血糖值可作为估计脑梗塞病人近期预后的重要指标。

Prognostic Significance of Leucocytes and Serum Glucose Level in Acute Cerebral Infarction

White blood cell count and serum glucose level were determined in 123 patients with acute cerebral infraction which was confirmed by CT. Based on the WBC counts and fasting serum glucose level at the time of admission, patients were divided into three groups: diabetes mellitus group (28 cases), nondiabetic hyperglycemia group (36 cases), and nondiabetic normoglycemia group (59 cases). Based on the fasting white blood cell count, patients were divided into two groups: higher-leucocytes group (52 cases), and normal leucocytes groups (71 cases). Neurological impairments were quantified according to the neurological impairment of pre-admission and dischange. The result indicated out that leucocytes and serum glucose have correlation with prognosis of cerebral infraction, it also pointed that leucocytes and serum glucose may be important index to predict the prognosis of cerebral infarction.
