盐酸小檗碱联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效探析

目的：探讨盐酸小檗碱联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法：选择2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者53例,分为治疗组（27例）和对照组（26例）,治疗组予盐酸小檗碱联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组单纯予二甲双胍治疗。2个月后对比两组患者血糖、血脂及体重指数的变化,以评价治疗效果。结果：治疗组患者血糖、血脂各项指标及体重指数均较对照组好转,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：盐酸小檗碱联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症,降糖效果确切,并可改善高脂血症并发症及降低患者体重指数。

Study on Therapeutic Effect of Berberine Hydrochloride Combined with Metformin Treating Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Hyperlipidemia

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of berberine hydrochloride combined with metformin for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM） with hyperlipidemia. Methods： Fifty three cases T2DM patients with hyperlipidemia were assigned to treatment group（ n =27） and control group（ n =26）. All the patients were treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets（ MHET）. And the treatment group were simultaneously given berberine hydrochloride. Changes of blood glucose,blood lipid and body mass index（ BMI） after 2 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The blood glucose,blood lipid and BMI of patients in the treatment group were better improved compared with the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Berberine hydrochloride combined with metformin for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia has definite therapeutic effect on reducing blood glucose,decreasing BMI and improving hyperlipidemia.
