阳性点小针刀加火罐治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床观察

目的：对粘连期肩周炎采用阳性点小针刀松解加火罐治疗,观察其改善肩关节功能的临床疗效。方法：选取粘连期肩周炎38例,采用阳性点小针刀松解加火罐治疗,每3天1次,总共3次,第12天观察治疗效果和肩关节功能改善程度。结果：治愈6例,显效24例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率100%,在改善肩关节功能方面,肩关节功能评分有显著提高,差异有统计学意义。结论：阳性点小针刀治疗能有效改善粘连期肩周炎肩关节功能,疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Effect of A-Shi Point Acupotomy Combined with Cupping in Treating the Remission Stage of Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective： To observe the clinic effect of A-shi point acupotomy and cupping in treating the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder.Methods： Thirty-eight patients suffered from the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder were treated with one session of Ashi point acupotomy and cupping every three days,for a total of three sessions.The clinic effects on the 12th day were observed.Results： Six patients were cured,24 cases showed obvious effective result,8 cases were effective,and the total effective rate were 100%.There were obvious strengthening on improvement of shoulder motions and shoulder functioning sores,which showed significant statistical differences.Conclusion： The A-shi point acupotomy and cupping therapy can effectively and definitely improve the functions of shoulder in the remission stage of Periarthritis of shoulder which is worth generalizing.
