| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医康复优化方案对胸腰段脊髓损伤功能恢复的有效性。方法：将88例胸腰段脊髓损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各44例。治疗组接受中医康复方案治疗,对照组接受常规康复治疗,以3个月为治疗观察周期,治疗前后均采用标准化评定方法测量2组的感觉功能、运动功能以及日常生活活动能力。结果：治疗组感觉功能、运动功能、日常生活活动能力的改善程度优于对照组（P感觉功能=0.045,P运动功能=0.038、P日常生活活动能力=0.025）。结论：该研究表明综合性及规范化的中医康复治疗方案对胸腰段脊髓损伤患者的肢体功能及日常生活能力的恢复有显著疗效,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effects of the optimized TCM rehabilitation protocol in treating thoracolumbar SCI. Methods：Eighty eight patients with thoracolumbar SCI were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 44） and control group（ n = 44）. Patients in the treatment group received TCM rehabilitation treatment,and the patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment. Three months was a treatment course. The outcomes including sensory function,motor function,ADL ability were measured before and after treatment. Results： The treatment group showed better results than the control group in improvement of sensory function（ P= 0. 045）,motor function（ P = 0. 038）,and ADL ability（ P = 0. 025）. Conclusion： The study shows that comprehensive and standard TCM rehabilitation protocol is effective in recovering physical function and ADL ability of patients with thoracolumbar SCI,and it is worth generalizing. |
