| 摘 要： | 用Sephadex G200柱层析、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及荧光探针法,对热酚法制备的抗肿瘤iRNA制剂进行了组成与构象分析。抗肿瘤iRNA制剂是至少由4种RNA分子组成的,与未免疫处理的相应RNA制剂在组成含量及结构性质上均不同,且其构象不是螺旋度最高的。

| Abstract: | The constituents and conformation of antitumor iRNA preparation isolated with hot-phenol method was analysed by using Sephadex G200 column chromato-graphy, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and fluorescence probing. Antitumor iRNA preparation consists of 4 kinds of RNA molecules at least. It is different from non-immune treated RNA preparation in its constituents, contents and structural properties. On the other hand, its conformation is not the highest in the helical degree. |
