| 摘 要： | 目的 观察索他洛尔治疗冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法 对102例冠心病合并室性早搏患者随机分为两组。索他洛尔治疗组52例，普罗帕酮对照组50例。疗程4周。结果 治疗组总有效率92．3％．对照组总有效率84.0％，二者差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 索他洛尔治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效优于普罗帕酮。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sotalol in the treatment of ventricular premature beat with coronary heart disease. Methods 102 cases of ventricular premature beat with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases were in sotalol group,and 50 cases were in propafenone group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results The general effective rates in treatment group and control group were 92.3% and 84.0%, respectively. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions The therapeutic effect of sotalol in the treatment of ventricular premature beat with coronary heart disease is better than propafenone. |
