卡托普利与氨氯地平对高血压病患者左心室重构的影响比较

目的：比较服用钙离子拮抗剂与血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂对高血压病患者左心室向心性重构的影响。方法：将68例高血压病合并左心室向心性重构患者随机分成2组：一组服用卡托普利，另一组服用氨氯地平，疗程半年，利用多普勒超声心动图评估治疗前后左心室重构的变化。结果：60例患者完成实验，治疗后2组血压较治疗前均有明显下降（P＜0.05），但组间疗效无显著差异（P＞0.05），治疗半年后左心室向心性重构的指标2组均有明显改善（P＜0.05），但卡托普利与氨氯地平组间比较无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：卡托普利及氨氯地平可以显著改善高血压病患者左心室重构。

Effect of captopirl and amhoclipine on the centripetal reconstruction of the left ventricle in hypertension patients

Objective: To compare the effect of calcium antagonists and ACEI on the centripetal reconstruction of the left ventricle in hypertension patients. Methods: 68 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, with group I taking captopirl and group II taking amhoclipine. After a 6-month treatment, changes were estimated by using Doppler ultrasonic cardiogram. Results: 60 patients completed the treatment. Blood pressure of the 2 groups decreased obviously (P<0.05), and no significant differences were found between the 2 groups (P>0.05). The indices of centripetal reconstruction in the 2 groups all improved obviously (P<0.05), and no significant differences were found between the 2 groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Symptoms of the patients with centripetal reconstruction of the left ventricle all improved after taking captopirl and amhoclipine.
