自拟参芪益阳汤治疗原发性低血压56例

目的观察自拟参芪益阳汤治疗原发性低血压的临床疗效。方法选择原发性低血压56例，口服自拟参芪益阳汤，5d为1疗程。结果2个疗程后49例患者症状明显缓解，另5例患者服药5个疗程后，血压都有不同程度上升，自觉症状随血压上升而逐渐减轻至消失。结论自拟参芪益阳汤可有效治疗原发性低血压。

56 Cases Report:Treatment of Primary Hypotension with Self-making Shenqi Yiyang Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating primary hypotension with self-making Shenqi Yiyang decoction. Methods 56 patients with primary hypotension were treated with self-making Shenqi Yiyang decoction by taken orally. 5 days consisted one therapeutic course. Results The symptoms of 49 cases had alleviated obviously after taking the medicine for 2 courses. The other 5 patients had their symptoms greatly alleviated and blood pressure elevated after taking the medicine for 5 courses. Conclusions The self-making Shenqi Yiyang decoction can treat primary hypotension effectively.
