| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年缺血性中风与红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能的关系。方法：检测148例55岁以上缺血性中风患者的RCIA功能并与健康人对比。结果：老年缺血性中风患者红细胞受体花环率(RBC—C3bRR)水平明显低于健康人，而红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC—ICR)水平则明显高于健康人。结论：老年缺血性中风患者存在RCIA功能紊乱，且是缺血性中风病理的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relation between pathologic change on senile ischemic apoplexy and RBC immune adherence function.Methods:RBC immune adherence function of 148 patients with ischemic apoplexy over 55 years old and healthy persons were compared. Results: The comparison suggest that levels of RBC- C3b receptor rosette drip more significantly,RBC immune complex rosette rise more significantly in senile patients with Ischmic apoplexy. Concusinos:RBC immune adherence function disorder is present in many case with senile ischemic apoplexy. It is important content of ischemic apoplexy pathology. |
