认真履行告知义务,积极防范医疗纠纷

自2002年9月新的医疗事故处理条例实施以来,医院对维护患者知情同意权及认真履行告知义务有了更为深刻的认识,告知行为已成为医疗活动中极其重要的组成部分.但在如何实施告知方面,仍存在一些不易把握的问题,一些医院及医务人员尚不能规范、科学的实施告知义务,由此给医疗工作带来了一定的影响,甚至成为引发医疗纠纷的重要成因.文章就如何履行告知义务、维护患者知情同意权和防范医疗纠纷的发生进行了简要分析.

Seriously Implementing Obligation of Informing to Actively Prevent Medical Dissensions

Since the new regulation of malpractice is carried out from September in 2002, hospitals have deeply again recognized informed consent right of patient and implementation of obligation of informing and informing behavior has been an important part of medical activities. However, there are problems in implementing informing. Some hospitals and medical workers cannot scientifically implement obligation of informing, which effect on medical work, even cause medical dissensions. This paper analyzes how to implement obligation of informing, protect patient's informed consent right and prevent medical dissensions.
