胃恶性肿瘤与幽门螺杆菌L型感染的关系

应用组织切片革兰染色、免疫组化染色和电镜等技术，对136例胃恶性肿瘤进行幽门螺杆菌L型检测。结果，革兰染色幽门螺杆菌L型检出阳性率为77．2％，免疫组化染色L型检出阳性率为71．3％，两者具有一致性（P＞0．05）。此外，革兰染色在91例瘤细胞的胞浆内同时查见L型菌，透射电镜在腺癌和淋巴瘤细胞质内也见到L型菌。提示，幽门螺杆菌L型感染与胃恶性肿瘤关系密切，很可能是其致癌因子之一。

Relationship between Helicobacter pylori L-form and Gastric Malignant Neoplasm

136 cases of gastric malignant neoplasm tissues associated with helicobacter phlori L-form were examinedby Gram's staining, immunohistochemical and electron microscopy. It showed that the positivity rate of the infection of bacterial L-form was 77. 2% in 136 cases with Gram's staining. The antigen of helicobacter pylori L-form in 71. 3% cases was detected by immunohistochemical technique. There were not differences between wasthe results obtained in both staining methods (P>0. 05). Bacterial L-form in te plasma of neoplastic cells in 91cases observed through microscopy. It suggests that the infection of h. pyloric L-form in gastric tissues shouldbe correlated with gastric malignocytoma, and may be one of the direct factor leading to the gastric malignocytoma.
