| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜肾上腺切除患者围手术期的护理方法与经验。方法通过对17例经后腹腔镜肾上腺切除患者围手术期采用一般护理和心理护理等方法，总结围手术期的护理体会。结果17例手术均获得成功，手术时间平均100min；术中出血平均50mL，所有患者术中及术后均未输血。17例患者无并发症。结论认真做好术前、术后护理工作可以提高后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺疾病的手术成功率，取得满意效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing way and experience of back peritoneoscope adrenal gland excision patients. Methods By way of the nursing to 17 routine patients, sum up nursing and know from experience. Results 17 example operations were all succeeded and had no Complication. Average operation time was 100min;Average hemorrhage was 50mL. Conclusion Each item work of carrying out around the operation is the key that the operation nursed. Good nursery work can improve the success rate of operation. |
