预知子中α-常春藤皂苷的HPLC分析

 目的分析不同种与不同产地预知子中α-常春藤皂苷(常春藤皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷)的含量,为预知子质量标准建立提供参考。方法采用高效液相色谱分析,Alltech C₁₈色谱柱,乙腈-水-磷酸(45∶55∶0.1)为流动相,检测波长203 nm。结果α-常春藤皂苷的保留时间为16 min,线性范围为1.088～5.44μg(r=0.999 9),加样回收率100.02%。所测样品中α-常春藤皂苷的含量在0.199～33.481 mg·g^-1。结论该法快捷、简便、准确,可用于预知子的质量评价。

Determination of Saponins PD in Fructus akebiae by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the analysis of saponins P_D(hederagenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)α-L-arabinopyranoside) in different species and growing places.METHODS An Alltech C₁₈ column was used with acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(45∶55∶0.1) as the mobile phase and UV detection was at 203 nm.RESULTS The relative retained time of saponins P_D was 16 min,having a good recovery(100.02%) and linear correlation(r=0.999 9). The contents of saponins P_D were 0.199～33.481 mg·g^-1 in Fructus Akebiae from different growing places.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It can be used to control the quality of Fructus Akebiae.
