| 中西医结合治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度影响的观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合早期运用益气活血醒脑开窍方法治疗对急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法：治疗组（４０ 例）和对照组（２８ 例）的基础治疗相同。治疗组加用醒脑静注射液，并口服益气活血醒脑开窍中药治疗。２ 组均治疗５ 个疗程（１０ 日为１ 个疗程）为观察时限，观察治疗前后临床症状、体征，患者神经功能缺损程度评分及颅脑ＣＴ变化。结果：临床总有效率治疗组为９５０％ ，对照组为８２１％ ，２ 组疗效有显著性差异（χ２＝ ５８９，Ｐ＜ ００５）。治疗组颅脑ＣＴ总有效率为９００％ ，对照组为７１４％ ，２ 组比较有显著性差异（χ２＝５６１，Ｐ＜ ００５）。结论：早期中西医结合并予足疗程治疗可显著改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度，减少病残率和病死率的作用 |
