AMI综合干预的长期临床观察

目的 观察和追踪综合干预对急性心肌梗死（AMI）的长期临床疗效。方法 26例AMI患者在常规药物治疗外，配合主要包括健康教育，心理咨询和治疗，早期康复活动等综合干预进行为期1年的临床追踪和观察。并与注重常规药物治疗的方法比较。评价其疗效。结果 26例患者比较充分掌握AMI防治知识，急性期没有出现紧张、恐惧心理，早期康复活动顺利进行，无卧床并发症；生活质量高，自信心增强，保护意识好，医患关系良好，能正确处理各种不良因素的影响，采用正确的康复方法。认真执行医嘱，病情稳定，满意率为88.0%，结论 综合干预有促进AMI康复的作用。

Long-term Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Interventional Thera py for Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To observe and pursue the long term effects of comprehensive interventional therapy for acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Fifty two patients with AMI were randomly divided into two groups: 26 patients receiving both comprehensive interventional therapy and the conventional drug therapy as comprehensive therapy group and the remaining 26 receiving the conventional drug therapy alone as control group. One year later, the curative effects were appraised. Results The efficacy of comprehensive therapy was better than that of conventional drug therapy in decreasing the average days in hospital, complications, compliance of obeying physician orders, stability of illness and the degree of satisfaction, etc.. Conclusion The comprehensive interventional therapy could accelerate the stability and recovery of the patients with AMI.
