| 摘 要： | 目的探讨青年人涂阳肺结核的诊治和管理措施。方法对135例青年人涂阳肺结核进行分析。结果青年人以咳嗽、胸痛、发热、纳差、消瘦、盗汗为主，病程短。结论早期诊断和治疗是改善预后的关键，积极查痰及胸部X线检查，以便及早发现，及早治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical features,proper treatment and management methods of the young patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A comparison was performed among 135 cases of young patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Results. The main symptoms of the young patients were cough,chest pain,fever,anorexia,thin,night sweat,and short disease course.
