磁性附着体固位的固定-可摘式部分义齿

目的:应用磁性附着体解决固定)可摘式部分义齿的固位稳定问题。方法:将Magfit EX磁性附着体用作基牙冠外固位体,应用导面板、栓体栓道作为义齿的稳定装置,制作固定)可摘式部分义齿,并观察其应用效果。结果:15例患者的远中游离端缺损牙列被成功修复。经12~42月的随访观察,磁性附着体固位的固定)可摘式部分义齿具有良好的固位和稳定,义齿咀嚼效果良好,外形美观,体积小巧,使用舒适。结论:磁性附着体能满意地解决固定)可摘式部分义齿的固位稳定问题,显著提高义齿的修复质量。

Fixed-removable Dentures Retained with Magnetic Attachments

Objective:The aim of this study is to retrospect the retention and stability for fixed_removable denture with magnetic attachments. Methods: Magfit EX 600W magnetic attachments were used as the extra_coronal retainer on abutments, and the guide plane and Key_key way were applied as the stable structure for dentures. The fixed_removable dentures were fabricated in casting framework way. The applied effect of the fixed_removable denture was followed up.Results: The extensive defects of dentition of 15 cases were restored successfully with the fixed_removable dentures. The follow_up investigation showed that the compact, aesthetic and comfortable fixed_removable denture could supply reliable retention, stability and highly masticatory efficiency. Conclusion: Magnetic attachments can be used in fixed_removable dentures and help to obtain reliable retention and stability of dentures.
