| Abstract: | This article analysis the legality and reasonability of the euthanasia,and refutes the false viewpoints that the euthanasia is a sort of intentional murdering by applying the principles that a crime is convicted by law.Meanwhile,it puts forward the legal basis for establishing the law of euthanasia in our country. |
