康复训练结合部分发音肌电刺激治疗脑卒中后遗症期运动性痉挛型构音障碍的疗效观察

目的：通过与康复训练治疗相比较，观察康复训练结合部分发音肌电刺激治疗脑卒中后遗疽期运动性痉挛型构音障碍的疗效。方法：2001年5月-2004年6月共选取符合入选标准并完成临床观察病例共44例，其中康复训练组22例，康复训练结合部分发膏肌电刺激组22例，病程1～3年。结果：康复训练结合部分发音肌电刺激治疗组与康复训练组治疗运动性痘孪型构音障碍疗效比较，治疗后构音障碍评分的变化有显著差异（P〈0．01），结论：康复训练与部分发问肌电刺激治疗脑率中后遗症期运动性痉挛型构音障碍的疗效优于康复训练组。

Therapeutical Effect on Rehabilitation Training Combined with Electrical Stimulation on Part of Phonetic Muscles on Exercise Spasmodic Dysarthria during Cerebrovascular Sequela by Treatment

Objective: To observe the therapeutical effect of rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation treatment on exercise spasmodic dysarthria during cerebrovascular sequela Methods:44 samples up to the standard and with clinical observation were chosen from May 2001 to June 2004, of which 22 received treatment of rehabilitation training, and 22 received treatment of rehabilitation combined with electrical stimulation treatment. The course of diseases was from 1-3 years. Results: Compared with rehabilitation treatment group, the group received the treatment of rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation of part of phonetic muscles made a big difference in dyslalia evaluation after the treatment of exercise spasmodic dysarthria, ( P < 0,01) Conclusion: The therapeutical effect of rehabilitation training combined with electrical stimulation treatment on exercise spasmodic dysarthria during Cerebrovascular Sequela is better than that of treatment of rehabilitation training
