透痹丸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

目的观察透痹丸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,探讨其有效性及安全性。方法采用随机对照方法将56例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(透痹丸组)28例与对照组(吲哚美辛肠溶片)各28例。两组患者均结合牵引、推拿等理疗,治疗2周。观察患者治疗前后及随访一个月的临床疗效,同时进行安全性检测。结果治疗组总体有效率、治愈率、治疗前后症状体征及疼痛积分差值与对照组相比,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);随访1月两组症状体征及疼痛积分比较差异均有较显著意义(P<0.05)。结论透痹丸治疗神经根型颈椎病具有确切的临床疗效,在缓解患者症状体征的长期疗效方面较吲哚美辛肠溶片有优势,是一种安全、可行的中药疗法。

Clinical Observation of Tou Bi Pill in Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Patients

Objective This study is aimed to observe clinical therapeutic effect of Tou Bi Pill on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)and to investigate the safty and efficacy of the treatment.Methods Fifty six cases were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=28)and a control group(n=28).Both groups received physical therapies,such as traction and manipulation.The period of treatment was 2 weeks.Their clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated before and after the treatment and one-month follow-up,and at the same time we did the safety detection.Results About the total effective rate,cure rate,the change and improvement index of the points of clinical symp-toms and points of ache degree,there were no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05);There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group about one-month follow-up result(P <0.05).Conclusion Tou Bi Pill has obvious and definite therapeutic effect on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,which is superior to western medicine especially in the long-term efficacy of alleviation of the symptoms and signs,and is a kind of safe and feasible Chinese therapy.
