妊娠期妇女心理健康状况分析及护理干预

目的:了解妊娠期妇女的心理健康状况,探讨其影响因素及干预措施。方法:将产科门诊符合调查要求的580名妊娠期妇女设为观察组,同时抽取550名已婚未孕健康妇女设为对照组,采用症状自评量表调查两组受检者的心理状况。结果:观察组妇女自评量表阳性症状检出率为31.38%,平均总分为(2.26±0.82)分,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期妇女的心理健康状况明显低于一般未孕妇女人群,妊娠期妇女是情绪障碍的高风险群体,需要积极地应对,不断地探讨、研究和完善其心理干预措施。

Analysis and nursing intervention on the psychological health status of pregnant women

Objective：To understand the status of the women＇s psychological health during pregnancy,and explore its influencing factors and intervention measures. Methods：The clinic with survey requirements of 580 pregnant women as the observation group, and selected 550 married non -pregnant healthy women as control group,used the symptom checklist （ SCL -90） to investigate the mental health of two groups of subjects. Results：The group of women checklist detection rate of positive symptoms was 31.38 %, the average score was （ 2.26 ＋ 0.82 ） ,it was higher than control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Pregnancy women＇s mental health is significantly lower than the general not pregnant female population,women are at high risk of mood disorders during pregnancy group, need to actively deal with, and constantly explore, research, and improve their psychological intervention.
