危重型手足口病合并神经源性肺水肿患儿的护理

目的:总结危重型手足口病合并神经源性肺水肿患儿的护理干预措施。方法:对我科收治的符合标准的7例危重型手足口病合并神经源性肺水肿患儿进行回顾性分析,制定科学的护理计划及干预措施,包括严密观察病情,合理采集标本,尽早给予心肺支持,防范和正确处理并发症等。结果:经过精心的护理本组7例患儿全部救治成功。结论:危重型手足口病合并神经源性肺水肿患儿病情进展快,死亡率极高,但在ICU经过科学的管理能够得到很好的救治。

Nursing of children with severe hand - foot - mouth disease complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema

Objective ： This study was aimed to explore severe hand - foot - mouth disease complicated with neurogenic pulmonary edema in children and nursing interventions. Methods ： Admitted to our department in accordance with the standards of the children were retrospectively analyzed, making scientific plan of care and intervention,including close observation illness ,reasonable collect specimens, to give as soon as possible cardiopulmonary support, prevent and correct treatment of complications. Results ： After the nursing measures of 7 cases of children were all successful treatment. Conclusion ： Severe hand - foot -mouth disease with neurogenic pulmonary edema in children with rapid progression of the disease, the mortality rate is very high, but in 1CU through scientific management can be a very good treatment.
