经阴道B超引导卵巢间质激光治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的效果及护理

摘    要:目的:探讨经阴道B超引导卵巢间质激光治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍患者的效果及护理。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月~2012年12月在我院生殖科行经阴道B超引导卵巢间质激光治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍患者60例,护理措施包括:心理护理、术中护理及术后随访。结果:60例患者均顺利完成手术,无1例感染。术后随访58例(96.67%),术后6个月内自发排卵49例(84.48%),累积妊娠28例(48.28%)。结论:经阴道B超引导卵巢间质激光配合高质量的术前、术中、术后护理是治疗难治性多囊卵巢综合征的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective :To summarize the nursing experience of transvaginal ultrasound - guided ovarian interstitial laser treatment in anovulatory women with polycystie ovary syndrome. Methods:In this retrospective study,60 infertile women with PCOS and clomiphene citrate -resistant underwent ultrasound - guided transvaginal ovarian interstitial yttrium aluminum garnet laser treatment, nursing intervention were consisted of mental nursing, intraoperative surg/cal nursing, postoperative follow - up. Results:Sixty patients were successfully completed surgery, there was no infection in one case. The postoperative follow - up was 96.67 %. The rate of ovulation was 84.48%, the pregnancy rate was 48.28% in six months after operation. Conclusion : The high quality of preopera- tive, intraoperative, postoperative nursing with the ultrasound -guided transvanal ovarian interstitial laser treatment may be an effective method to manage anovulation in PCOS patients.
