非营养性吸吮对早产儿生长发育的影响

目的:探讨非营养性吸吮(NNS)对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法:将2011年10月～2012年10月本院新生儿重症监护室收治的需间断鼻胃管喂养(INGF)的早产适于胎龄儿80例随机分成观察组40例和对照组40例,观察组在予以INGF之前,喂养过程中及喂养后予NNS,对照组行常规治疗和护理,观察并比较两组早产儿胃肠不耐受发生率、达全肠道喂养时间及出生后2周体重增长情况。结果:观察组胃肠不耐受发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),达全肠道喂养时间短于对照组(P<0.05),出生后2周体重增长高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NNS能够减少早产儿胃肠不耐受发生率,缩短达全肠道喂养的时间,促进早产儿的体重增长。

Effects of non- nutritive sucking on growth of premature infants

Objective：To study the effect of early non - nutritive sucking （NNS） on growth of premature infants. Methods：Eighty prcmatere infants appro- pilate for gestational age who accepted intermittent nasogastric feeding （INGF） were randomly divided into two groups, the observational group （n = 40） to receive NNS before INGF and control group （n = 40） to receive routine therapy and nursing. Observed and compared the incidence rate of enteral feeding in tolerance and the time of reaching complete enteral feeding. Results ：The incidence rate of enteral feeding intolerance in NNS group was lower than control group, and there was a statistical significance between the difl~erence of two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of reaching complete entera] feeding in NNS group was shorter than control group,and the growth of weight in NNS group was faster than control group after two weeks. The differences had statistical signifi- cances （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The NNS by early in premature infants is able to decrease the occurrence of enteral feeding intolerance, promote the func- tional maturity of gastrointestinal tract and promote the constitutional growth.
