摘    要:目的:探讨绩效考核在内镜护理中心的应用效果。方法:制定护理人员奖金分配的考核标准,把每月奖金定为岗位奖金、职称奖金和工作量奖金。结果:与实施前相比,护士对奖金分配、同事之间的工作协调性和对职业的满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:绩效考核能够有效地调动护士的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,增强护士的责任心,提高护士的整体满意度。

Application of performance appraisal in the endoscopic care center

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of performance appraisal in the endoscopic care center. Methods: The bonus allocation of nursing per- sonnel assessment standards, the monthly bonus for post bonuses, bonuses and workload bonus title. Results:Compared with the prior to the implementation of the work, the nurse coordination between bonus allocation, colleagues and the occupation satisfaction improved significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Per- formance appraisal can work enthusiasm, effectively mobilize the initiative and creativity,enhance the responsibility of nurses,improve the overall satisfaction of nurses.
