摘    要:目的:探讨留置胃管间断洗胃对新生儿咽下综合征的影响。方法:选取84例新生儿咽下综合征的患儿,按入院证的单双号分成观察组和对照组各42例,观察组行留置胃管间断洗胃法,对照组行一次性常规洗胃。观察两组患儿洗胃后48 h内平均呕吐次数及窒息、肺部感染的发生率。结果:观察组患儿48 h内平均呕吐次数低于对照组(P<0.05),呕吐致窒息及肺部感染的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿咽下综合征行留置胃管间断洗胃的方法,可减少呕吐次数,降低呕吐致窒息及肺部感染的发生率。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of intermittent gastric lavage effect on newborn swallow syndrome. Methods:84 cases of children with neonatal swallowing syndrome, according to single and double admission card were divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases in each group ,ob- servation group received intermittent gastric lavage method,the control group underwent a routine gastric lavage. Observation of gastric lavage in two patients within 48 h after the average frequency of vomiting and asphyxia, the incidence of pulmonary infection. Results : The observation group with 48 h average the vomiting times lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), vomiting induced by asphyxia and the incidence of pulmonary infection is lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Neonatal swallowing syndrome,intermittent gastric lavage method, can reduce the frequency of vomiting, vomiting in- duced by asphyxia and reduce incidence of pulmonary infection.
