三种材料修复乳磨牙的临床疗效观察

目的 :观察三种材料修复乳磨牙的临床疗效。方法 :选择 63名患儿 ,随机分为 3组 ,分别用Dyract复合体、玻璃离子水门汀 ( glassionomercement ,GIC)和银汞合金进行充填患牙窝洞 ,观察充填后 6个月、12个月的疗效。结果 :6个月时 ,Dyract组、GIC组和银汞合金组的成功率分别为 10 0 %、98%、92 % ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;12个月时 ,三种材料的成功率分别为 98%、86%、80 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Dyract是替代银汞、GIC修复乳磨牙缺损的理想材料。

The analysis of curative effect of primary molars by 3 dental materials

Objective: To investigate the curative effects of 3 materials on primary molar restoration.Methods: 63 children patients were classified into 3 groups randomly and their teeth cavities were filled with Dyract compound materials,glass ionomer cement and silver amalgam,respectively.All the children were visited after 6?12 months.Results: After 6 months,the success rates of Dyract group,GIC group and AgHg group were 100%?98%?92% respectively and there was no statistical difference among the groups (P> 0.05). After 12 months,the success rates of Dyract group,GIC group and AgHg group were 98%?86%?80% respectively and there was statistical difference among the groups (P< 0.01).Conclusion: Dyract is much better than the other two materials.
