| 摘 要： | 目的:通过fMRI-BOLD定量观察受到刺激的脑特定区域,并检测血清胃泌素水平变化,对针刺足三里穴的传出作用机制进行研究,以此来描述针刺穴位时传入-中枢-传出轴。方法:挑选22例体型中等的健康成年男性志愿者(年龄25～35岁)行针刺足三里穴时fMRI-BOLD扫描,同时检测针刺足三里穴前后其血清胃泌素浓度。结果:针刺足三里穴"得气"时,大脑边缘系统的相应脑功能区有兴奋现象,伴随血清胃泌素水平明显降低。结论:针刺足三里穴时,刺激信号上传到大脑边缘系统特定功能核团,进而通过神经体液机制影响血清胃泌素水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture of ＂Zusanli＂（ST 36）with fMRLBOLD and plasma levels of gastrin in healthy adults to describe the nerve conduction pathways. Methods： Twenty-two adults male（aged 25~35y）treated by acupuncture of ＂Zusanli＂ （ST 36 ）, then fMRI-BOLD was scanned and plasma levels of gastrin was detected before and after acupuncture. Results： After acupuncture of ＂Zusanli＂（ST 36）, fMRI-BOLD showed larger brain regions presented active mode with decreased plasma levels of gastrin. Conclusion： After acupuncture of ＂Zusanli＂（ST 36）, the stimulation signal ascend to certain area of limbic system,thus regulate the plasma levels of gastrin through neurohumoral circuit. |
