| 摘 要： | 目的体外实验检测金黄色葡萄球菌感染侵入人的成骨细胞情况以及观察不同细菌感染剂量、时间与侵入细胞内细菌数量变化。方法采用透射电镜方法观察金黄色葡萄球菌感染人的成骨细胞,CFSE荧光标记细菌,流式细胞仪检测细菌感染剂量、时间与侵入细胞内的细菌数量关系。结果体外金黄色葡萄球菌能够感染侵入到人的成骨细胞内,随着细菌感染剂量增加,侵入细胞内的平均细菌数量和侵入率同步增加;感染时间到4h时细菌的侵入率最大,侵入细胞内的平均细菌数量在30min～2h呈现无统计学差异,但到4h或8h时呈现明显差异。结论体外金黄色葡萄球菌能够感染侵入到人的成骨细胞内,侵入细菌的数量与不同感染剂量及时间相关。
