| 摘 要： | 目的 了解广州市早产的危险因素 ,为今后制订防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法对广州市 2 5例早产产妇和 65例足月产产妇进行成组病例对照研究。结果 经非条件Logistic回归单因素分析 ,发现广州市早产主要危险因素有 :感染、妊高症、胎膜早破、贫血等 ;保护性因素是 :产检次数。再进一步进行非条件Logistic回归多因素分析 ,发现早产主要危险因素有 :妊高症和胎膜早破 ;保护性因素是 :产检次数。结论 预防妊高症和胎膜早破的发生 ,加强产前检查 ,以预防早产的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the risk factors of premature delivery in guangzhou. Method A total of 25 premature puerperas and 65 mature puerperas were included in a case-control study.Logistic regression was used ldentify the risk factors of premature delivery.Result The risk factors of premature delivery were hypertension of pregnancy syndrome and,premature rupture of fetal membranes and the protective factor was the frequency of obstetrical examination.Conclusion The prevention of hypertension of pregnancy and premature rupture of fetal mambrane combined with the ordiary obstetrical examination are important in the prevention of premature delivery. |
