复方氨基酸注射液中抗氧剂的含量测定

目的：建立测定复方氨基酸注射液中抗氧剂焦亚硫酸钠的质量控制方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法，焦亚硫酸钠在酸性条件下与碱性品红生成紫红色络合物在555nm波长处测定。结果：本品在0．1—6．0μg范围内呈线性关系，相关系数为r=0．9996，平均回收率为101．1％（RSD为0．88％）。结论：本法可测定复方氨基酸注射液中抗氧剂焦亚硫酸钠的含量，质量可控，方法简便、准确。

Content Determination of Antioxidant Sodium Pyrosulfite in Amino Acid Compound Injection

Objective ： To establish an ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the assay of antioxidant sodium pyrosulfte in amino acid compound injection. Methods ： The content of the sodium pyrosulfite could be determined by the measurement of absorbance of a burgundy complex compound at the wavelength of 555 nm, which was the product of sodium pyrosulfite and fuchsin basic. Results ： The standard curve of sodium pyrosulfite was linear over the concentration range of 0.1 - 6.0 μg/ml. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. The average recovery was 101.1% with RSD 0.88%. Conclusion： This method is simple and accurate for determination of antioxidant sodium pyrosulfite in Amino Acid Comoound Injection.
