| 摘 要： | 目前我国社会的转型以及对于不同医疗人才的需求,使得医学教育也必须进行相应的改进与提高从而更好地发展全科医学教育,培养高素质的全科医学人才以满足社会的需要。鉴于此,该文通过对澳大利亚和中国的全科医学教育模式、管理体制等方面的比较,分析其对我国卫生管理特别是医学教育体系的可借鉴之处,为建立适合我国国情的全科医学教育体系提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of our society and the demand for different medical personnel,medical education must also be corresponding improvements in order to better the development of general medical education,training high-quality general medical personnel to meet the needs of community.In view of this,the paper through the comparison of general medical education model,management system and so on between Chinese and Australian health management in order to establish a general provide a reference for China. |
