益气凉血复脉汤联合西药治疗快速性心律失常多中心随机平行对照研究

目的]观察益气凉血复脉汤联合西药治疗快速性心律失常疗效。方法]使用多中心随机平行对照方法,将98例住院及门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组46例抗心律失常普罗帕酮片或胺碘酮,常规治疗原发病。治疗组52例益气凉血复脉汤(太子参15g,黄芪30g,麦冬15g,五味子、生地各20g,当归10g,赤芍30g,川芎10g,丹皮20g,甘草10g)1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。均连续治疗1个月为1疗程,治疗期间停用其他影响心率药物及措施。观测临床症状、血液生化指标、心电图(静息、24h动态)、SF-36生活质量表。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效28例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率84.62%。对照组显效21例,有效13例,无效12例,总有效率75.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。心率两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);SF-36生活质量表评分两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。均无明显不良反应。结论]益气凉血复脉汤联合西药治疗快速性心律失常疗效显著,值得推广。

A Multi-center Randomized Parallel-Controlled Clinical Study on Efficiency of Yiqi Liangxue Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Tachyarrhythmia

Objective]To observe the clinical effect of treating tachyarrhythmia with Yiqi Liangxue decoction combined with western medicine.Methods] 98 patients according to the draw method were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 46 cases oraled propaferone and amiodarone to antiarrythmia,conventional treatment primarye disease.The treatment group of 52 cases plused Yiqi Liangxue decoction.each day a package,two times a day course of treatment for 1 month.No other drugs and measure affected heart rate during treatment.The clinical symptoms,blood biochemical index,electrocardiogram(resting,24hours dynamic) and SF-36 life quality scale were observed.Results]The treatment group,markedly effective 28 cases,effective 16 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency of 84.62%.The control group,markedly effective 21 cases,effective 13 cases,invalid 12 cases,the total efficiency of 75.34%.The treatment group significently improved compared with control group(P<0.05).Heart rate and SF-36 life quality of the two groups were all improved(P<0.05,P<0.01),the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse events was seen in the treatment period.Conclusion]Yiqi Liangxue decoction combined with western in treating tachyarrhythmia is a significent effective treatment,so it is worth popularizing.
