| 摘 要： | 通过对心悸证患者的临床辨证,将其分为心虚胆怯证、心脾两虚证、心阳虚弱证、阴虚火旺证、心血瘀阻证、水气凌心证进行辨证施护,结合入院评估、病情观察、给药护理、饮食和心理调护,依据不同的症候特点给予不同的护理措施,保证治疗措施的有效实施,促进疗效。

| Abstract: | We divide palpitations into different syndromes,which include fright due to deficiency of heart-energy,weakness of both the heart and the spleen,deficiency of the heart-yang,deficient yin induces vigorous fire,stagnation of the heart-blood,aqueous qi affects the heart,by differentiation of syndromes,and then we will determine the treatment based on differentiation of syndromes and signs.We offer different nursing interventions to different syndromes,and combine Admission assessment,disease observation,nursing of administration,dietary and psychological nursing to ensure the effective implementation of the treatment measures and promote the efficacy. |
