| 摘 要： | 目的]观察针灸联合中药治疗面瘫"倒错"疗效。方法]对27例患者使用针灸(地仓、颊车、颧髎、水沟、合谷、足三里、阳陵泉、三阴交等)+中药内服(药用熟地黄、当归、白芍、沙参为主,配以鸡血藤、伸筋草等)。治疗68d判定疗效。结果]痊愈6例,有效14例,无效7例,治愈率22.20%,总有效率74.00%。结论]针灸联合中药治疗面瘫"倒错"疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture associated with TCM in treatment for facial paralysis.Methods]Treatment for 27case using acupuncture(ST 4,ST 6,SI 18,DU 26,LI 4,ST 36,GB 34,SP 6,etc) +TCM(principal agents:Shudihuang,Danggui,Baishao,Shashen;lesser agents: Jixueteng,Shenjincao,etc).Judging the efficacy through treatment of 68 days.Results]6 cases were cured,14 cases were effective,7caces were ineffective,cured rate was 22.20%,total effective rate was 74.00%.Conclusion]Acupuncture associated with TCM is satisfied effective for facial paralysis perversion. |
