针刺治疗失眠对照观察

[目的]观察针刺治疗失眠的疗效。[方法]将50例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组26例采用针刺治疗,取百会、四神聪、内关、安眠、三阴交为主穴。对照组24例口服心神宁片,5片/次,3次/d。两组均以10d为1疗程,2～3个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率92.30%,对照组总有效率83.30%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]针刺治疗失眠疗效满意。

Acupuncture Treatment of Insomnia Contrast Observation

[Objective]To observe the effect of acupuncture treatment of insomnia.[Method]Will be 50 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group of 26 patients with acupuncture treatment,acupoint selection:with the will,four god chung,neiguan,sleeping,three Yin mainly into the hole.Control group 24 patients oral Xinshenning tablet,5 PCS/time,three times/day.Two groups are in 10 days for one period of treatment,2~3 after a course of judge curative effect.[Results]Treatment group total efficient 92.30%,the comparison group total effectiveness 83.30%,the total effective rate in treatment group than in control group.Acupuncture treatment of insomnia.[Conclusion]The results were satisfactory.
