益气化瘀方联合盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎对照研究

目的]观察益气化瘀方联合盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗过敏性紫癜肾炎疗效。方法]采用随机、对照方法,将76例患者按数字表法随机分为两组。对照组36例,盐酸川芎嗪针治疗,治疗组40例,在对照组治疗基础上加用益气化瘀方(药用黄芪、当归、三七粉、车前子、大蓟、小蓟、鸡血藤、益母草30g),药物加水500mL,泡30min后煮沸,文火煎,取汁200mL,再加水300mL文火煎30min,取汁200mL再次相兑,日1剂分早晚2次,饭后30min口服。治疗4周为1个疗程。观测治疗组及对照组治疗前后临床症状,如皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节痛、乏力等变化。治疗组及对照组治疗前后尿常规中红细胞计数、尿潜血、尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白变化。治疗组及对照组治疗效果比较。观测时间:治疗开始前,治疗8周时。结果]治疗组总有效率83.30%,对照组总有效率82.50%,两组比较临床疗效区别不大。治疗组在改善患者神疲乏力、腹痛、关节痛、尿潜血、尿蛋白方面疗效较明显,均优于对照组。对照组在改善患者临床症状、尿潜血、尿蛋白方面治疗前后无明显变化。结论]益气化瘀方联合盐酸川芎嗪注射液对过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)具有较好的临床疗效,可有效改善患者全身症状,有助于改善尿潜血、尿蛋白及稳定病情,提高治疗效果。

Effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe Combined with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in the Treatment of Allergic Purpura Nephritis Controlled Study

Objective]To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu Recipe Combined with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.Methods]Using the method of random and comparison,76 patients with digital table were randomly divided into two groups.A control group of 36 cases of ligustrazine hydrochloride needle treatment,the treatment group of 40 cases in the control group treated with Yiqi Huayu Recipe(officinal Astragalus,angelica,three seven powder,Cha Maeko,thistle,Cirsium,Caulis Spatholobi,motherwort,30g) of all drugs of 500mL water,30min foam,after boil,simmer gently for,take juice 200mL 300mL 30min,adding water decoction,take juice 200mL again against the daily 1 agent,sooner or later the 2,after 30min.Treatment for 4 weeks for 1 courses.Observation of treatment group and control group before and after treatment,clinical symptoms such as skin purpura,abdominal pain,joint pain,fatigue and other changes.The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment in the routine urine red blood cell counts,urine occult blood,urine protein,urine trace albumin change.The treatment group and the control group to compare the treatment effect.The observing time: before initiation of treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment.Results]The total effective rate of treatment group 83.30%,control group in the total efficiency of 82.50%,comparing the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant.The treatment group in improving patients mental fatigue,abdominal pain,joint pain,urinary occult blood,protein effect obviously,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The control group in clinical symptoms,urine occult blood,protein has no significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion]Yiqi Huayu Recipe Combined with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on allergic purpura nephritis(HSPN) has good clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,contribute to the improvement of urinary occult blood,urine protein and stable condition,improve the treatment effect.
