护患沟通的实施体会

摘    要:笔报道实施护患沟通的做法:(1)建立保障系统;(2)加强人员培训.转变服务理念;(3)规范护患沟通内容.掌握护患沟通的技巧和方法.提高护患沟通水平实施护患沟通后,护士的价值得到体现.提高了病人的满意度.护理纠纷发生率明显下降。认为护患沟通是健康教育的重要于段.是临床护理应重视的内容。

Experience of nurse-patient communication

Abstract:The authors reported their practice in nurse-patient communication, which included: (1) establishment of security system; (2) enhancing personnel's training and changing service conception; (3)standardization of nurse-patient communication contents, mastery of communication skills and methods, improvement of communication level. By enforcing of nurse-patient communication, the nurse's value was embodied, the comfort of patients was raised, and the nurse-patient disputes dropped. As a result, the authors argue nurse-patients communication is a key measure for health education as well as the major content of clinical nursing.
