摘    要:背景与目的:有研究表明膜细胞骨架组织连接蛋白埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)能够促进肿瘤转移,可与上皮钙黏素相互作用,参与肿瘤细胞的转移过程。本研究探讨Ezrin和E-cadherin在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及与临床病理因素之间的关系,分析其在食管鳞癌中的诊断价值。方法:应用组织芯片技术免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测76例食管鳞状细胞癌患者组织标本及癌旁正常鳞状上皮中Ezrin和E-cadherin的表达情况,结合临床相关因素进行卡方检验及非参数检验等统计学分析。结果:76例食管癌旁正常鳞状上皮中Ezrin阳性35例(46.1%),E-cadherin阳性74例(97.4%);76例食管鳞癌组织中Ezrin阳性63例(82.9%),E-cadherin阳性34例(44.7%)。Ezrin表达与食管鳞癌的浸润深度和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05);E-cadherin与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),随肿瘤分化程度的降低,E-cadherin的表达缺失率逐渐增加。Ezrin表达升高和E-cadherin的表达缺失呈负相关。结论:Ezrin和E-cadherin均与食管鳞癌的发生、转移有关,且两者表达呈负...
