巩膜隧道切口在人工晶体植入术中的应用

本文报告３７例（３７眼）采用巩膜隧道切口行白内障囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术。结果表明，术后１周裸眼视力≥０．５者３０只眼（８１１％），与角膜缘切口对比，术后裸眼视力有极显著性差异（ｔ检验，Ｐ＜０．０１）。巩膜隧道切口的主要优点是术后角膜散光轻，视力恢复好。

Application of Scleral Tunnel Incision in Implantation of the Intraocular Lenses

This paper reported 37 cases (37 eyes) of scleral tunnel incision in cataract extracapsular extraction and implantation of the posterior chamber intraocular lenses.The result showed that one week after the operation the naked visual acuity of 30 eyes (81.1%) was ≥0.5,and compared with limbal incision,the postoperative acuity was conspicuously improved,for the T test showed that P was <0.01.The major advantages of scleral tunnel incision were slight postoperative corneal astigmatism and the better recovered visual acuity.
