烧伤感染创面细菌培养及其药物敏感试验分析

目的探讨烧伤病人创面感染的细菌种类及药敏情况,为烧伤病人合理选择抗生素治疗提供依据。方法收集和分析2000年1月~2004年12月本院烧伤外科住院病人创面培养检查出的各种细菌226株,以及它们对14种抗生素的敏感试验。结果在引起烧伤创面感染的细菌中,革兰阴性菌明显多于革兰阳性菌,铜绿假单胞菌及金黄色葡萄球菌仍是烧伤病人创面感染的优势菌种,所检出的细菌对多种抗生素耐药。结论烧伤创面感染菌仍以革兰阴性杆菌为主,耐药菌株普遍存在,对此应予以重视。

Species of Bacteria Isolated from Infected Surface of Burned Wound and Their Drug Susceptibility

Objective To investigate the species of bacteria isolated from infected surface of burned wound and their drug susceptibility.Methods 226 strains of bacteria isolated from the burned wound of inpatients and their drug susceptibility were analyzed.Results Among the bacteria isolated from the burned wound,the species of Gram-negative bacteria were more than Gram-positive bacteria.Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus still were the dominant bacteria,and the bacteria were found resistant to several kinds of antibiotics.Conclusions The most species of bacteria isolated from infected surface of burned wound still were Gram-positive bacteria,the drug resistant bacteria were found commonly.So in the clinical management the doctors must think highly of it.
