| 摘 要： | 应用多波长吸收度比值差法同时测定了复方替硝唑醇溶液中替硝唑和氯霉素含量。结果表明 ,本法操作简单 ,重复性好 ,测得替硝唑和氯霉素的平均回收率为 99 86 % ,99 41% ,变异系数分别为 0 83% ,0 6 7%。

| Abstract: | Multiwavelength absorbance ratio difference spectrophotometry was used for determination of tricolam and chloromycetin in compound tricolam alcohol solution The results showed that the method was simple and high reproducibility The average recovery of tricolam and chloromycetin was 99 86% and 99 41% The RSD was 0 83% and 0 67% respectively |
