| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨带锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨折的疗效。方法 :自2000年开始应用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨骨折48例 ,其中男35例 ,女13例 ,新鲜骨折40例 ,陈旧骨折8例。结果 :48例随访半年～1年 ,骨折均获满意愈合 ,其中1例发生主钉断裂 ,1例发生锁钉断裂 ,但骨折未发生移位 ,经治疗 ,骨折顺利愈合。结论 :带锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨折具有创伤小、固定坚强、骨折愈合率高、感染率低、应力遮挡少等优点
