| 摘 要： | 本研究观察了正常和佐剂性关节炎家兔血浆去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）昼夜节律的变化，观察即刻电针足三里后和疗程电针“足三里”后对其节律之影响，结果发现正常家兔血浆ＮＥ存在着一定的昼夜节律变化，模型家兔节律的中值、振幅、峰相位都有改变，呈病理性节律波动，即刻和疗程电针治疗后，上述参数均有不同程度的恢复，且疗程电针后节律恢复更好，正常家兔即刻电针后，节律消失，但疗程电针后节律恢复正常。说明针刺能影响外周ＮＥ的正常和病理性昼夜节律波动

| Abstract: | The circadian rhythm of plasma norepinephrine content of normal and adjuvant arthritis rabbits was observed. The effects after one acupuncture and after a coure of treatment were also studied. The results showed that the content of norepinephrine of normal rabbits had a certain circadian rhythm but it disappeared after one eletro_acupuncture, and it would reappear after a treatment course of 10 days. The norepinephrine content of adjuvant arthitis rabbits had a pathological circadian rhythm in which its median, amplitute and acrophase were changed, but it restored after acupuncture therapy. The effect after a 10_day treatment was better than that after one treatment. It is suggested that acupuncture can influence the plasma norepinepheine of normal and pathological rabbits. |
