抗人白细胞介素8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病

目的 :观察抗人白细胞介素 8单克隆抗体(IL 8单抗 )乳膏外用治疗寻常型银屑病的适应证、疗效和安全性。方法 :局限性寻常型银屑病病人 6 5例 ,随机分成 2组 ,分别给予抗人IL 8单抗乳膏或乳膏基质 ,外涂药物每日 2次 ,连续 6wk。观察皮损直径、红斑、浸润肥厚、鳞屑、瘙痒等指标的改善 ,以及其安全性和耐受性。结果 :可评价银屑病病人6 4例 ,其中治疗组 33例 ,对照组 31例。 2组用药 3wk后 ,治疗组瘙痒的计分低于对照组 ;用药 4wk后 ,治疗组鳞屑、瘙痒及总计分均低于对照组(P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;用药 5wk后 ,治疗组在红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒及总计分方面均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ) ;用药 6wk后 ,除靶皮损直径外 ,其余各项治疗组计分均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1)。 2组在治疗 4 ,5 ,6wk后 ,治疗组的显效率均高于对照组 ,分别为 2 1% ,33% ,5 2 %。此外 ,治疗组对处于进行期或静止期 ,以及不同皮疹类型的寻常型银屑病病人在痊愈率和有效率方面无差别。 2组在治疗期间均未发生红斑、水疱、疼痛等不良反应。结论 :抗人IL 8单抗乳膏治疗进行期或静止期各型寻常型银屑病有效 ,不良反应发生率低 ,耐受性好。

Antihuman interleudin-8 monoclonal antibody cream in treatment of vulgaris psoriasis

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of antihuman interleukin-8 monoclonal antibody (IL-8) cream in treatment of vulgaris psoriasis. METHODS: Sixty-five patients with vulgaris psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups. They were cured with antihuman IL-8 cream or based cream respectively, bid for 6 wk. The diameter, macular, infiltration, scale, itch of the lesions and the safety, tolerance were observed. RESULTS: There were 64 patients involved in this study, including 33 patients in treatment group and 31 patients in control group. The symptoms score of itch in treatment group was lower than that of control group after 3 wk treatment (P<0.05). The symptoms score of itch, scale and total score in treatment group was lower than that of control group after 4 wk treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The symptoms score of itch, scale, patch and total score in treatment group was lower than that of control group after 5 wk treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). And except the diameter, the symptoms score of the other index in treatment group was lower than that of control group after 6 wk treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The efficacy rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group after 4,5,6 wk treatment. It was 21 %,33 % and 51 %,respectively. Additional, it was not different in cured rate and effective rate during the remissive or active stage and all kinds of vulgaris psoriasis in treatment group. There was no adverse reaction during the trial. CONCLUSION: Antihuman IL-8 cream is an effective and easily tolerated agent for treatment of patients with remissive or active stage and all kinds of vulgaris psoriasis with lower adverse reaction rate.
