海洛因依赖者脱毒治疗依从性影响因素的分析

目的 :分析影响海洛因依赖者脱离脱毒治疗的相关因素。方法 :研究对象为 6 30名在自愿戒毒所住院脱毒治疗的海洛因依赖者 ,根据其是否遵从医生的建议分为完成脱毒治疗和未完成治疗两组 ,分析了海洛因依赖者的社会人口学特征、药物依赖及治疗等方面变量与脱离治疗的关系。结果 :男性、有职业、首次吸毒年龄较大、首次吸毒到成瘾的时间较长、存在多药物滥用与脱离脱毒治疗有关。结论 :本研究结果有助于临床工作者识别海洛因依赖者脱离治疗的危险因素 ,并采用相应的干预措施。

FACTORS RELATED TO LEAVING AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE FROM DETOXIFICATION FOR HEROIN DEPENDENCE

Objective: To analyze factors related to leaving treatment for heroin dependence.Methods: Participants were 630 heroin addicts doing inpatient detoxification treatment. They were defined as two groups in terms of whether they had left against medical advice (AMA). Demographics, history of drug use, treatment and other variables at admission were examined.Results: Male, employed, initial drug use at younger age, slower development of dependence were significantly associated with leaving against medical advice (AMA).Conclusion: These findings may provide information that can help clinicians identify those patients who are most at risk for leaving AMA. This will in turn provide them the opportunity to initiate preventive measures to decrease the rates of leaving against AMA.
