糖耐量异常的脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平及其相关因素

摘    要:目的观察脑梗死合并糖耐量异常患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平及其相关因素。方法131例脑梗死患者按葡萄糖耐量试验(GTT)结果分为糖耐量正常组(NGT,41例)、糖耐量异常组(IGT,47例)、新诊断的2型糖尿病组(DM,43例)。在发病72h之内测定血清hs-CRP的水平及其他生化指标。采用颈动脉彩色多普勒超声仪测量颈总动脉(CCA)及其斑块。结果3组患者血清hs-CRP水平均升高,分别为0.320mg/L、1.435mg/L、4.305mg/L,经对数转换后进行组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01)。hs-CRP分别与体质量指数(BMI)(r=0.257,P=0.031)、腰臀比(WHR)(r=0.379,P=0.001)、收缩压(r=0.204,P=0.044)、空腹血糖(FPG)(r=0.601,P=0.000)、GTT2h血糖(2h-PG)(r=0.675,P=0.000)、糖化血红蛋白(HBAlc)(r=0.558,P=0.000)、三酰甘油(r=0.211,P=0.038)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)(r=0.456,P=0.000)、CCA平均内中膜厚度(MIMT)(r...
