脑得生中三七皂苷精制工艺研究

摘    要:采用大孔树脂富集、纯化三七总皂苷,考察了大孔树脂静态/动态的各项吸附/洗脱性能,以及无机盐对其吸附性能的影响,从而优选出最佳精制工艺,确定D101大孔树脂加入NaCI后上样,4BV的水洗涤除去杂质及无机盐,4BV体积的50%醇洗脱.

Abstract:The adsorbing separation process of Macroporous Adsorpion Resin was used to purify total Saponins of Panax notoginseng,PNS.Parameters of static and dynamic and the effect of inorganic salt upon adsorption were studied.Fixs Macroporous Adsorption Resin D101 accedes with NaCl,and inorganic salt is away with the distilled water of 4BV,a bulk 50% ethanolic is washed off.
