老年高血压的相关危险因素分析

目的 分析近年来老年高血压病因及相关危险因素的变化趋势.方法 回顾性分析2000年1月至2006年9月住院老年高血压患者病历资料,评估超重与肥胖、代谢指标及靶器官损害的病因及相关危险因素.结果 1)原发性高血压是老年高血压的主要病因;2)老年患者血压水平高,危险性高;3)老年高血压患者代谢异常比例高于普通人群;4)老年高血压患者伴左房扩大、GFR降低及腔隙性梗塞等最常见.结论 老年高血压的防治工作除血压达标外,因该注重代谢紊乱的治疗和靶器官的保护.

Analysis of Etiology and Risk Factors of Hypertension in the Elderly

Objective To analyze of the recent trend of etiology and risk factor in elderly hypertension patients.To analyze the trend of etiology and risk factors of hypertension in elderly patients of recent years.Methods Retrospective study etiology and risk factors of patients with hypertension in department of hypertension was used.Retrospective research was carried out to analyze the case history of relative patients between January 2000 and September 2006,and to evaluate the risk factors such us overweight and obesity,the metabolic index,the damage of target organs.Results 1) EH was the main etiology of elderly hypertension patients.Essential hypertension(EH) was the main cause of hypertension in elderly patients.2) Blood pressure(BP) classification showed that BP level was high but the risk was even higher.3) The complications of metabolic disorder in the elderly patients were frequently seen and serious.4)Enlargement of left atria,reduction of glomerular filtration rate(GFR),and lacunar infarction were the most common types of target organ damage in elderly patients.Conclusion The main etiology of elderly HBP was essential hypertension.Essential hypertension(EH) is the main cause of hypertension in elderly patients More attention should be paid to the treatment of metabolic disorder and to protection of target organs,as well as the control of BP level.
